  • Place an order with Farmington Public Schools
  • Fee - $6.00 for a transcript from 2011 and previous years

  • Please be advised that if you have not completed the coursework required for issuance of a high school diploma, you must contact the appropriate guidance office for prior approval of a high school completion courses.

  • When ordering a duplicate diploma through Farmington Public Schools, a transcript must also be requested. 
    • $6.00 Transcript / $15.00 Duplicate Diploma = $21.00 Fee
